Data we hold
Before you send anything
This comparison site serves readers in Ireland who are weighing online casinos. We take no bets and hold no accounts. None of the brands holds a licence from the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI). What you type stays with the editorial team. It is not passed to those casinos.
Use the site only if you are 18 or over. If gambling is hurting you, contact GamblingCare.ie. We cannot close a casino account.
The three sources
Three sources only.
- Contact form. Your name, email and message, used only to reply. Do not include card numbers or passwords.
- Cookies. Small files on your device. Essential cookies keep the site working and store your choice. A click to a casino may set an affiliate cookie.
- Analytics. Aggregated figures on how the site is used. We do not sell them.
Purpose of each item
- The form is for questions about scores, corrections and how we write. We give no betting tips and cannot chase a payout. Limits are on the contact page.
- Necessary cookies stop the pages failing and remember your cookie decision.
- Analytics shows which reviews get finished, on legitimate interest or on consent. Refusal still leaves the pages open.
- Affiliate cookies record an outbound click. The about page discloses that funding.
When we delete data
- Messages last while the question is open and for a short follow-up, then we delete them.
- Session cookies lapse when you close the browser, or when you clear them.
- Those figures are deleted once they no longer show which pages work.
- After you leave, the casino's notice applies. We never receive bets, documents or balances. Kingmaker Casino, run by KNG Marketing Ltd, and Casinova Casino both hold a Curaçao licence. Cleobetra Casino, run by NovaForge Ltd, and Betrepublic Casino both hold an Anjouan licence. Betwest Casino does not publish a gambling licence. Westbound Ventures Ltd is a company registered in Costa Rica.
Rights under the GDPR
If you are in Ireland or the EEA, the GDPR lets you:
- Ask for a copy of your personal data.
- Correct a wrong name or email.
- Have the thread erased.
- Restrict processing or object to analytics.
- Withdraw cookie consent and keep reading.
- Take the details you sent, in a common format.
- Complain to the Data Protection Commission, Ireland's supervisory authority for this law.
Use the contact form and label it a privacy request. The editorial team answers. We have no postal address and no mailing list.
If a host or analytics provider handles data for us, it acts on our instructions and only for the reasons above.
